The City of Glens Falls, NY has contracted with Jett Industries, Inc. (Prime Contractor) to Design-Build a Water Treatment Plant.  As part of the agreement, the electrical power, heating, ventilating and air-conditioning, and plumbing contracts are to be let to the respective subcontractors for award by Jett Industries.  Jett Industries will not only act as the General Contractor on the project, but will be the construction manager and the contracting agency for the subcontracts.
